New Client Appointment Policy

All NEW client colouring services will require a $100 deposit to book an appointment.Any cancellations made before 48 hours of the booked appointment, your deposit will be reimbursed. If you cancel within 48 hrs, the deposit will be paid to your stylist in full for compensation for the missed appointment.

NOT responding to your text/email confirmation is NOT cancelling your appointment-you must contact the salon to cancel.

 

Existing client appointment policy

 

Any confirmed appointments that are no showed/last minute cancelled you will be required to pay 50% of missed appointment before re-booking.

 

*ALL CLIENTS must cancel 48 hours prior to booked appointment in order to

not be affected by the cancellation fee*


We understand emergencies occur and exemptions will be made through

management only. We ask that you be kind to our front desk operators as they are only following directions.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY


ALL appointments require a 48-hour cancellation notice.

Thank you for booking at Beauty On Bank, our team is looking forward to seeing you! We take our appointment time with you seriously. That being said, we do have a ‘NO SHOW’ and cancellation policy.

We understand that things happen and appointments can be forgotten or something urgent has taken place. Please try to give serious consideration for our time and services and give us as much cancellation notice as possible. When an appointment is missed or we receive a last minute cancellation, it seriously affects our staff’s income and also affects our schedules. This also impacts another client’s missed opportunity to have that same time slot and service. Therefore the following policies are now in effect:

  1. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation.
  2. For NO SHOWS (no notice given or less than 24 hours notice):
  • First NO SHOW is forgiven,
  • Second NO SHOW is charged 50% of the service price,
  • Third NO SHOW, no further bookings for anything.
  1. Appointments requiring 2+ hours of a stylist’s time require a $100 deposit refundable if 24+ hours cancellation notice is provided.
